How do I pay for my order?
- We accept all major credit cards or you can apply for net 20 day terms.
- Our terms are net twenty days from date of invoice. All returned checks will be subject to a twenty five dollar processing fee. Balances over thirty days will be charged a 1.5 % per month (18% annual) and accordance with state laws. All accounts over ninety days past due will be placed on credit hold and no further shipments will be made until the account is current.
When will my order come?
- We provide FREE next day delivery for orders that are placed before 4:30 p.m. within the Twin Cities/Metro area.
Do you offer same day delivery?
- We offer same day emergency delivery. ($0.99 gas surcharge will be applied to all orders. $2.99 for same day orders)
What is your return policy?
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order in the original packaging and/or factory sealed box where applicable. If the product is not received in the above condition the item will be returned to you and no credit will be issued. BMK will take all necessary steps in order for you to receive your credit. The following items are not returnable: food and beverage products, medical items, or special order items (unless damaged or defective). A restock charge will be applied for products returned after 30 days.
